Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute new business development plans to grow revenue in assigned markets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities build relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate across teams-including Marketing, Product, Operations-to align offerings with market needs.
  • Conduct market research: assess competitive landscape, market trends, customer needs.
  • Prepare proposals/presentations to senior management and clients in Japanese, Chinese where required.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
  • At least Ferrous Metal Trade working experience (i.e. managing new business / key account development).
  • Strong language skills in (spoken & written) are required, Multi language skills are highly welcome
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and execute tactically.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
