Position Overview
As our Business Development Manager, you will spearhead growth initiatives, unlock new business opportunities, and cultivate long-term partnerships. You'll work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to drive proposal development and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both residential and commercial landscaping.
- Build and nurture relationships with developers, architects, property managers, and institutional clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and tenders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings, pricing, and project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly business targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- in business development, sales, or account management within landscaping, construction, or related industries.
- Strong network within real estate, construction, or facilities management sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with strategic thinking and robust project execution capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and tender submission processes.
