Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in curating outfits that best complement their style, physique, and occasion.
- Demonstrate a strong eye for matching colours, textures, and proportions.
- Provide expert guidance on fabric selection, styling, and fit.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships with clients.
- Work independently while maintaining a collaborative attitude with colleagues.
- Learn quickly in areas such as visual pairing, measurements, and fitting logic.
- Maintain the showroom's visual merchandising and overall brand aesthetic.
- Proactively follow up with leads and existing clients to drive repeat business.
Requirements
- A positive, proactive, and polished attitude towards customers and colleagues.
- Sales-driven mindset, with hunger for achieving targets and earning incentives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fast learner with a passion for style, tailoring, and menswear.
- Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or menswear is advantageous but not essential.
