- Mon-Fri: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Sat: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
About the Role
Love working outdoors and with nature As a Farmer with us, you'll be at the heart of our soil-based farming operations, nurturing crops from seed to harvest.
What You'll Doto keep our farm flourishing:
- Prepare and condition soil, designing productive and healthy crop beds.
- Cultivate crops from seeding to harvest using sustainable soil-based methods.
- Apply fertilizers, compost, and organic matter to build soil fertility.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems (manual or semi-automated).
- Monitor crop health, identify pests or diseases, and respond with organic or approved solutions.
- Manage harvest schedules while caring for the soil between growing cycles.
- Maintain accurate farm records of planting, inputs, and harvests.
What We're Looking For:
- SECK qualification required agricultural training or certification a plus.
- Hands-on soil farming experience
- Knowledge of organic farming practices, soil care, irrigation systems, pest & disease management.
- Ability to plan and follow crop schedules, strong teamwork, and basic communication (basic English preferred).
- Physically fit, resilient, and motivated to work in an outdoor environment.
