This role is responsible for financial, settlement, and operations of the family office, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management: Handle daily bookkeeping, payments, financial reporting, and tax filings ensure financial compliance.

2. Settlement Support: Assist with account reconciliation and fund settlements for US/HK stock markets, ensuring accurate transaction data.

Job Requirements

1. :

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

2. Experience: 2 years of experience in finance/accounting for Singapore-based companies,, or settlements in US/HK/derivatives markets experience in family offices/private equity is a plus.

3. Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken), to be used as working languages.

4. Skills: Proficient in financial software (e.g., Kingdee) and Excel basic knowledge of compliance (e.g., AML, data privacy) capable of independently reconciling financial statements and interpreting brokerage reconciliation statements for futures, stocks, etc.
