Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations on the shop floor, optimizing production processes for efficiency
• Plan and organize production schedules, ensuring timely completion of production targets
• Update daily production progress reports, effectively allocating and optimizing manpower
• Prepare material take-off lists and procure materials as needed to ensure a steady supply for production
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely material availability
• Ensure product completion according to schedule while adhering to quality standards
• Liaise with clients regarding quality issues and provide solutions
• Investigate product quality deviations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a similar role, including at least 10 years of woodworking experience, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings to ensure precision and quality in production
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of woodworking processes, production management, and technical requirements. Strong problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and team management experience. Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and a high level of responsibility. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
