Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Responsible for the smooth running of the factories with the assistance of Factory Managers.
- Growing the revenue through proactively seeking new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute business strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO22000 .
- Overall in charge of all Fleet (Vehicles, Logistics/Warehouse division and Drivers).
- Ensure products are delivered to customers in good quality, on time, in full, and with cost effectiveness.
- Full P&L responsibility.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Food Manufacturing industry/Supply chain management/Account management
- Food safety knowledge
- Proven track record of generating commercial growth
- Resourceful with network of foodservice products and equipment
- Analytical thinker, decision-maker with focus on action and outcomes who drives for results, highly hands-on.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Must be a good team player
- Able to handle full cycle of job.
- Willing to work overtime.
- Willing to work at Weekends and PH.
- Willing to work routine shift.
