Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective works
- Manage a team of technicians and technical officers
- Liaise with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and maintenance works
- Ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance and repair works
- Conduct regular inspections of building premises and systems
- Respond to user requests and feedback, and follow up on resolutions
- Perform routine inspections and maintain proper records
- Assist with safety risk assessments and compliance
Job Requirements:
- Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services, or Diploma/Degree in FM-related qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in facilities management
- Good technical knowledge of building maintenance and M&E systems
- Effective communication skills and team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
