Plan and direct the performance of the on-site integrated facilities management (IFM) team in ensuring that work performed in all areas are accomplished efficiently with minimum disruptions.
Monitor operation of M&E systems/equipment supporting the facility and critical operations.
Analyse system operation to determine cause of any problem / malfunctions and recommends corrective action as required.
Management of multi-disciplinary team of contractors to ensure compliance and complete the works to the satisfaction of client.
Ensure that KPIs are met and provide specialist advice to improve existing service delivery.
Assist with feasibility studies and construction option appraisals of building project to be managed.
Preparation of reports. Will act as a Fire Safety Manager.
Conduct table-top exercises and fire safety briefings and execution of fire evacuation.
Provides training and support to expand the capabilities of the operations and maintenance staff.
