Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Maximo Dispatch Supervisor in handling all Facility related service requests received
- Providing accurate and prompt data entry including tracking of such requests
- Assign requests to the various facilities shop supervisors/engineers
- Follow up with the relevant section on outstanding service requests
- Report any deficiencies in the Maximo system to the Supervisor immediately.
- Supports and performs FCC duties
- To perform all duties in accordance with Marina Bay Sands policies and within the realm of the Company vision, mission and values
- Handle all requests and ensure that they are being assigned to appropriate group/engineers in a timely manner
- Documents details and tracking of requests
- Completes records of request and action taken using MAXIMO.
- Liaise closely with facilities supervisors/engineers and other business units to ensure timely completion of request
- Monitoring and controlling fire protection system
- Knowledge of CCMS and PMCS will be an added advantage
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- At least GCE O levels including a credit in English

- Expanded thinking, outside the box to reach a solution
- Responsible and accountable organized conflict resolution observant, self-motivated
- Have a good command of English.
- Work independently with minimum supervision with attention to detail and fills in the gaps.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Computer literate is a must.
- Successfully manage multiple task and timeline.
- Knowledge in maintenance management software or other report generation tool will be an advantage.
- Get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team.
- Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift.
- Have a well-groomed, professional appearance.
