FACILITIES TECHNICIAN - M&E (OFFICE BUILDING)

Responsibilities

• Carry out general building repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and painting works, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings such as electrical, plumbing, and site plans.

• Perform daily safety inspections to identify electrical hazards, water ponding, and coordinate with security personnel to ensure a safe environment.

• Support both preventive and ad-hoc maintenance activities to ensure facilities remain in optimal condition.

• Monitor Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, maintain accurate records of readings, and track equipment performance.

• Assist in supervising external contractors during maintenance and servicing works, reporting any issues or irregularities to the site manager.

Requirement

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in M&E Maintenance of buildings

• Ok to do staggered working hours
