Responsible to assist with the operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.

About the Role
- Provide instruction and work with technicians to carry out planned preventive maintenance, corrective.
- maintenance, and repairs as instructed by the Engineer.
- Enforce and check general housekeeping and tidiness of the workplace and workspace.
- Attend to TAM cases assigned by the Engineer on-site, carrying out permanent rectification or temporary.
- repairs/fixes (when necessary) within the given time.
- Assist the Engineer in following up on outstanding issues passed down.
- Be required to come on-site if urgent issues arise.
- Maintain good physical condition and strength.
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocols.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures.
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision and with technicians.
- Able to lead the team in the absence of a supervisor.
- Able to support events with a dynamic work schedule.
- Able to supervise contractors for any repair work and project work.
- Monitor and report on the performance of maintenance activities to ensure compliance with standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are documented accurately and timely.
About You
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management.
- Good Knowledgeable of MEP system.
- Strong team player.
- Able to work under minimal supervision, perform under pressure, proactive.
