Salary: Up to $3,800
Job scope:
- Manage daily operations, fault rectification, and regular audits of building and M&E facilities
- Attend to service requests (e.g., replacing faulty lighting, ceiling boards, minor repairs)
- Oversee contractors maintenance and repair work, inspect and approve work permits
- Support Engineering Manager in quality maintenance, regulatory compliance, and EHS policies
- Respond to emergency calls during and outside office hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Manage assets, equipment, and inventory of spare parts and consumables
- Monitor building systems (e.g., M&E, BMS) according to authority requirements
- Communicate effectively with management, internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Conduct investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions to meet cGMP standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. NITEC with relevant experience, or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Organised, professional, and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle both hands-on technical tasks and administrative duties
