This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and security of the physical facilities of the building (food factory and main office). The Manager works closely with various departments to ensure that the facilities meet operational needs, regulatory requirements, and building & fire safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects.
- Oversee facility security & fire safety, including access control systems, vendor coordination, and emergency response plans.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and facility-related systems (e.g., card access).
- Drive sustainability initiatives (energy saving, waste reduction, compliance).
- Support budgeting and cost-control for facilities operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in a related field; professional certifications (e.g., Water Efficiency Manager, Site Main Controller, Certified Fire Safety Manager) an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years facilities management experience, preferably in industrial or F&B settings.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
