Involve in the pre-condition and post-condition checks of the event site and support in the documentation of any defect spotted throughout the duration of the site usage. The dates for pre and post-condition will be made known in advance.
Work and liaise closely with Managing Agent of the venue and promptly rectify any issues feedback by the MA.
Conduct up to 10 sessions of inspection during pre and post-con and provide timely update to the Authority, also document the reinstatement required.
A good team player, independent, observant, responsible and able to perform operational tasks assigned.
Requirements
Preferably at least 3 years of experience in facilities management.
Work experience should include relevant responsibilities such as building maintenance and inspection.
