- Oversee routine and M&E works including servicing, repairs, system inspections, and vendor-supervised maintenance to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Carry out checks and troubleshooting on building systems such as ACMV, electrical distribution, fire protection, plumbing, sanitary, and BMS, ensuring timely rectifications when required.
- Review and interpret M&E drawings, provide simple design sketches when necessary, and monitor tenant renovation/reinstatement works for compliance with building guidelines.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers, assess their performance, verify completion of works, and maintain accurate records of procurement, reports, and documentation.
- Support project upgrades and cost-control initiatives by recommending technical solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing on-site engineering input.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in handling commercial building.
- Proven supervisory experience leading a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to work independently and under pressure.
- Effective communicator with proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and tenants.
