Key Responsibilities
- Support contract management and vendor performance monitoring
- Assist in system breakdown investigations, audits, and inspections
- Maintain proper documentation and respond to authority requests
- Develop and update SOPs and policies
- Lead incident investigations and risk mitigation efforts
- Collaborate on infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with procurement and audit policies
Requirements
- Min. Degree holder
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in Civil & Building services and facilities operations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work across teams
- Fire Safety certification or relevant experience is a plus
