Itron is looking for a junior / entry‑level Facilities Coordinator to provide day‑to‑day on‑site support for facilities and workplace operations at its Singapore office.
This is a part‑time contract role, where the individual will work on‑site at Itron while being employed through a third‑party payroll partner.
This role is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
Skills & Experience
- 1-4 years of experience in facilities support, office administration, or workplace operations.
- Willingness to learn and support multiple office‑related tasks.
- Basic coordination and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in an on‑site, corporate office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities & Office Support
- Assist with daily office and facilities operations to ensure the workplace is clean, safe, and functional.
- Support meeting room setup, seating arrangements, and common area readiness.
- Act as a first point of contact for basic facilities-related queries and escalate issues when required.
- Help coordinate minor office moves, seating changes, and workspace adjustments.
- Support employees and visitors with general workplace needs.
Vendor & Service Coordination
- Assist in coordinating with building management and service providers such as housekeeping, security, maintenance, pantry, and courier services.
- Log and track service requests and follow up with vendors under guidance.
- Support basic record‑keeping related to vendor services and visits.
- Ensure vendors follow office guidelines while on‑site.
Health, Safety & Compliance Support
- Support implementation of basic workplace safety and security practices.
- Assist during facility inspections, audits, and safety checks.
- Help with emergency preparedness activities such as signage updates and drill coordination.
- Report safety issues or incidents to the relevant internal teams.
Administrative & Operational Assistance
- Support ordering and tracking of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
- Assist with internal office events, employee activities, and leadership visits.
- Help manage mail, courier services, and facilities-related documentation.
- Maintain simple trackers and records for facilities activities.
- Coordinate with HR and IT teams for onboarding and offboarding logistics.
