Who We Need
You will work alongside the Nursing Leaders to deliver patient-centred and compassionate nursing care to our patients in the 24hr Urgent Care Centre.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Performs nursing duties, patient assessment and monitoring, clinical interventions, coordination of ambulance services and patient admissions.
- Performs Outpatient registrations.
- Assists patients on wheelchairs and trolleys to designated areas and performs other general duties in24hr Urgent Care Centre.
- Orders and monitors par level of clinical consumables according to the needs of the department
- Other duties as assigned by the management.
How to Succeed
- Strong team-player, self-starter with strong sense of initiative, agility and perseverance in starting and building a strong culture in performance & engagement.
- Able to commit to 5 days work week and 3 rotational shifts.
- Possess either a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license.
