Facade Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee façade works including curtain wall, cladding, and glazing systems

• Coordinate with designers, consultants, and specialist subcontractors

• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions

• Monitor installation, quality control, and site progress

• Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with specifications

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Possess façade experience in building construction

• Strong knowledge of façade systems and installation processes

• Proven experience managing façade subcontractors
