The Facade Coordinator/Engineer is responsible, but not limited to, the following:
- Lead the facade works and design coordination with Façade Specialist Sub-Contractor, and interfacing elements, for integration into Main Contractor's Designs/Drawings.
- Lead planning coordination with Façade Specialist Sub-contractor, for production and installation stages - Production & Progress Tracking, Installation Logistics and temporary facilities.
- Assist on project-wide QAQC for initial stage of project.
- Performs any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or any other related engineering discipline
- Familiar with façade specifications, with at least one high rise project experience with active role in Façade/Curtain Wall works.
- Able to understand structural/engineering concepts for optimization of construction.
- Able to interpret design intent and drawing details, identify key criteria for implementation, and sketch proposals for improvement.
- Ability in design softwares ie Autocad, Revit is not required.
