F&B Supervisor

Job Summary

Collaborate effectively with all staff levels in a fast-paced vegetarian restaurant to manage sales, purchasing, scheduling, and financial reporting, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service in both Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with Mandarin- and English-speaking customers to provide excellent service and address inquiries
• Coordinate and collaborate with staff at all levels to maintain efficient restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment
• Manage daily sales transactions accurately and complete end-of-day sales closing procedures
• Oversee purchasing activities to ensure timely stock replenishment and cost control
• Prepare and maintain duty rosters and schedule staff off-days to optimize workforce availability
• Compile and report monthly profit and loss statements to support financial oversight and decision-making
• Work independently while managing multiple tasks to meet operational demands and deadlines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and English to facilitate effective communication with customers and team members
