Job Description - F&B Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlet. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting the overall efficiency of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of service staff.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards of the outlet.
  • Train and guide employees on service procedures and company policies.
  • Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment when necessary.
  • Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and POS system operations.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff and management to maintain smooth operations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the F&B industry or in a supervisory role.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused mindset.

Working Hours

  • Based on shift schedule and operational requirements.
