Job Summary
You will supervise daily operations of Service and Kitchen teams, manage supplies and work schedules, prepare products when cooks are absent, and handle opening and closing of workstations to ensure smooth service delivery. This is a halal-establishment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of Service and Kitchen crews to maintain efficient workflow and service quality
- Manage supplies by coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials
- Plan and organize work schedules for team members to meet operational needs
- Prepare all food products in the absence of the cook to maintain service continuity
- Perform opening and closing of workstations to ensure readiness and cleanliness for daily operations
- Support team members to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) operations is preferred
- Demonstrate drive and willingness to learn new skills and processes
- Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to commit to rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
