Key Responsibilities
- Operations Oversight: Supervising daily shifts, and managing inventory/stock levels.
- Team Leadership: Training, scheduling, and mentoring service staff to ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Customer Service: Handling customer complaints, resolving service issues, and ensuring a standard dining experience.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforcing health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with food safety standards.
- Administration: Utilizing to input orders and preparing daily reports for management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in F&B service, often with at least 2 years of experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of and inventory management.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, able to communicate with guests
