About the Role
Our client, a leading 5-star hotel in Singapore, is seeking an F&B Service Executive to support outlet operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Outlet Manager in daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Monitor reservation status and coordinate with the culinary team
- Plan and arrange staffing to meet business requirements
- Ensure outlet setup, cleanliness, and readiness before each service period
- Maintain LQA service standards and Service Promise compliance
- Manage guest complaints and implement service recovery procedures
- Oversee stock requisition and operation equipment usage
- Comply with hygiene, food safety, and Fairmont corporate guidelines
- Assist with F&B promotions and special function planning
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in an F&B management role
- Experience in a comparable 5-star hotel environment
- Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Mandarin language proficiency required (to serve Mandarin-speaking guests)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Service-oriented with attention to detail
