Artemis Grill is hiring someone who embodies all of the above.

Join us as a F&B Service Captain in Artemis Grill. We are looking for someone who can:

• Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Flexible and able to go beyond the line of duty in order to maximize customers satisfaction and meet customers needs.
• Understands and can communicate products and services available.
• Help other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones.
• Handle table reservations and control the flow of customers.
• Supervise the assigned section.
• Support the Management of the outlet and be a role model for junior staff.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

You should have the following skills that we are looking for:

• A supportive personality along with positive attitude
• Possesses problem solving, motivating and organization skills
• Passion to work in a dynamic environment
• A guest-first approach to hospitality
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the Restaurant, the brand and the Company
