F&B Manager
to lead our food and beverage operations. You will be responsible for daily operations, team management, customer experience, budget control, and driving profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily F&B operations (restaurant, bar, service) to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency
- Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and supervise all F&B staff (servers, bartenders, kitchen, etc.)
- Manage budgets, P&L, cost control (COGS, labor), and achieve revenue targets
- Develop menus, pricing, and promotions with culinary team
- Maintain high hygiene, safety, and compliance standards (SFA, MOM regulations)
- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relations, and contract negotiations
- Ensure excellent service standards and team performance
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years proven experience as F&B Manager or F&B EXECUTIVE in hotel, restaurant, or catering
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, P&L, and inventory management
- Familiar with Singapore food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and F&B management software
- Eligible to work in Singapore (Singaporean/PR/EP)
