Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily F&B stall operations to ensure quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met.
Assist in staff management, including rostering, training, supervision, and performance monitoring.
Work closely with stall owners and vendors to implement promotions, manage menus, and introduce new offerings.
Handle customer feedback professionally to maintain a positive dining experience.
Ensure compliance with SFA, NEA, and other regulatory requirements, including workplace safety and hygiene audits.
Prepare operational reports and support the Operation Manager in financial and performance reviews.
Assist in marketing initiatives and membership/promotion programs to drive customer traffic.
Support recruitment and onboarding of frontline staff.
Any other duties assigned by management to support smooth F&B operations.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant F&B supervisory or managerial experience (preferably in food court, coffeeshop, or restaurant operations).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of SFA/NEA regulations and F&B hygiene requirements.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and basic POS/cashiering systems.
