F&B EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

• To gain knowledge about the organization or company.
• To set performance goals with the upper management.
• To educate in company policies.
• To monitor the progress of performance with key trainers and senior management.
• To receive training from supervisors of related departments such as finance, operations, sales, IT.
• To observe experienced staff and gain knowledge about procedures, methods and standards that are required for performing departmental duties.

Requirements:

• Willing to work on Weekends, Eve and Public Holidays.
• Willing to work 6 days work week.
• Ability to soak up as much knowledge during the training.
• Must be matured and adaptable.
• Must have good people skills.
• Must possess a desire for teamwork.
• Should be proficient in using computer.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Must be a quick learner.
