Job Description & Requirements
Our client is hiring F&B Executives to support their continuously expanding outlets.

Responsibility :
- Prepare and serve food & beverages according to company standards and hygiene guidelines
- Carry out kitchen duties including food preparation, cooking, plating, and portion control
- Maintain consistent quality in taste, presentation, and portion size
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitization, and proper maintenance of all kitchen areas, workstations & equipment
- Follow food safety standards and company SOPs at all times
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and assist in placing orders
- Check and verify supplier deliveries for accuracy in quantity and quality
- Support kitchen operations by ensuring proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients (FIFO)
- Provide simple admin follow-ups and support outlet operational needs
- Guide junior team members/part-timers during shifts and assist in training new hires
- Participate in meetings, share feedback, and suggest improvements on workflow, layout, or promotions
- Work closely with team members and management to achieve outlet performance goals
Requirements:
- Any food hygiene license require
- Previous experience in a restaurant/central kitchen preferred
- Willingness to work weekend and holidays
- Strong teamwork spirit with good communication skills
- Existing knowledge of food safety procedures preferred
