We are a dynamic and growing restaurant group in Singapore, known for delivering memorable dining experiences through our portfolio of vibrant F&B concepts. We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Corporate Sales & Events Executive to lead our business development efforts, drive B2B partnerships, and plan high-impact corporate and private events across our venues.
Responsibilities
Corporate Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategies to grow corporate accounts, partnerships, and group bookings.
- Identify and engage potential clients including MNCs, SMEs, event agencies, and concierge services.
- Drive revenue through corporate dining packages, seasonal promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing packages, and service offerings to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Work with restaurant teams to update and market the online shops and monitor and coordinate fulfilment of the orders
Event Planning & Execution
- Manage end-to-end planning and coordination of corporate and private events (e.g., D&Ds, product launches, networking sessions).
- Work closely with kitchen, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Prepare event briefs, floor plans, and run sheets in collaboration with venue managers.
- Attend events when required to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
Marketing & Collaboration
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the corporate segment.
- Leverage LinkedIn and relevant networks for client outreach and brand positioning.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and hospitality industry functions.
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, contracts, and event details.
- Provide weekly sales pipeline updates and monthly performance reports to management.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify market trends to stay ahead.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, events or sales roles.
- Strong network of corporate contacts in Singapore is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organised with an eye for detail and a customer-first mindset.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during major events.
