F&B Chef & Hiring Lead (Dual Role)

Your Responsibilities

As Chef:

• Prepare and serve high-quality meals with consistency
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
• Innovate menu ideas and seasonal offerings
• Mentor junior kitchen staff

As Hiring Lead:

• Champion hiring of mature workers (aged 55+)
• Implement flexible work arrangements and re-employment practices
• Liaise with government agencies to tap into grants and employment schemes
• Conduct onboarding and career planning for new hires
