We are looking for a
F&B (Captain) to join our team!
- Supervise daily service operations in the outlet (e.g. Lobby Lounge, restaurant, or bar)
- Lead and support the service team during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Assist guests with menu choices, take orders accurately, and ensure timely service
- Check table setup, cleanliness, and presentation before service begins
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and courteous service
- Handle guest complaints or feedback and escalate when necessary
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for food and beverage delivery
- Train and guide junior staff on service standards and procedures
Requirement
- At least 12 years experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining environment
