Job Description:
- Assist in overseeing daily F&B operations in the restaurant.
- Ensure service staff deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to guests.
- Support in supervising, training, and motivating staff to uphold service standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and accurate order delivery.
- Monitor food presentation, quality, and consistency in line with Chinese cuisine standards.
- Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
- Assist in inventory management, stock ordering, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist in implementing promotions, festive menus, and special dining events.
- Support Restaurant Manager in daily reporting, staff scheduling, and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese dining culture, service etiquette, and menu items.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership potential with ability to supervise and guide service staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
