We are looking for a
Banquet Executive to join our team!
- Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events such as weddings, meetings, and parties
- Oversee setup and ensure events run smoothly and on time
- Supervise and guide banquet staff during events
- Coordinate with kitchen, events, and service teams to meet guest expectations
- Act as the main point of contact for guests during events
- Resolve any issues or guest concerns promptly
- Ensure service, hygiene, and safety standards are followed
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in banquet or F&B operations
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
