Job Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients. Develop strategies to build relationships with them.
Developing long-term strategies for client retention and growth expansion.
Understanding the needs and requirements of clients. Resolving customer complaints promptly to maintain trust.
Trying to build long-standing professional relationships with clients to create a mutually beneficial environment.
Proposing solutions to a client's problems and implementing them within reasonable timelines.
Ensuring the company does not lose clients to competitors.
Acting as a channel of communication between clients and the employees of an organisation.
Job Requirements:
Min Degree holder in Sales, Business Management, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry in Sales/Business Development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be extroverted, quick minded and reaction, with the affinity
Proficient in MS Office applications. Good in communication and negotiation. Excellent presentation skill
Strategic thinking and statistical analysis skills.
Proactive, resourceful with ability to work well independently or in groups.
Enthusiastic about sales, teamwork, communication skills, and interpersonal relationships.
