We are a growing food manufacturing company looking for a Creative Professional to elevate our brand, packaging, and product branding and visual identity across supermarket and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction for marketing campaigns and brand visuals
- Develop advertising concepts for product launches and promotions
- Design and oversee packaging, labels, and retail product presentation
- Create strong visual content for digital, print, and in-store marketing
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all products and platforms
- Produce and manage content for social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams on promotional strategies
- Develop engaging food-related visuals (product photography, recipe visuals, serving ideas)
- Use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and business goals
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in creative, advertising, or design roles (F&B preferred)
- Strong portfolio in branding, packaging, and campaign work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, and visual storytelling
- Knowledge of retail marketing and consumer products preferred
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Familiar with AI tools for creative development is a plus
- Strong communication and project management skills
