The job scopewill include:
1. Video Production
- Conceptualise, plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content independently, in line with the company's brand identity, messaging and marketing objectives.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards and shot plans for video productions, while staying updated on relevant social media trends and content formats.
- Produce engaging short-form and long-form video content for the doctors personal and professional social media platforms, as well as the company's marketing channels.
- Direct on-site shoots where required, including setting up scenes, guiding talent, and ensuring smooth execution of the creative vision.
- Ensure all video content is delivered in a timely manner and optimised for the relevant platform specifications.
2. Graphic Design
- Design and refresh in-clinic posters, promotional collaterals and other marketing materials regularly to maintain a consistent, premium and visually appealing brand presence.
- Design and update product packaging elements, including boxes, containers, inserts, labels and stickers, and liaise with external printing vendors to ensure quality and accuracy in production.
- Create supporting visuals for digital marketing, including social media posts, reels covers, campaign graphics and other branded assets as required.
- Ensure all creative assets are aligned with the company's visual identity and branding guidelines.
3. Marketing Support
- Draft, design and update newsletters and EDMs to communicate timely, relevant and engaging content to customers.
- Provide creative support for marketing campaigns, launches, promotions and other ad hoc branding or communication needs.
- Assist with ideation and execution of creative materials across digital, print and in-clinic touchpoints.
- Work closely with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure content and creative deliverables support overall business objectives.
