We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Representative to promote and sell our food and beverage products. This role involves developing marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth across retail cafes and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- - Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieved revenue targets.
- -Identify and pursue new business opportunities (restaurants,supermarkets,distributors,cafes)
- -Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- -Conduct product presentation ,sampling and promotions.
- -Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- -Collaborate with internal teams(operation ,logistics, and marketing)
- -Managing social media and digital marketing campaigns (if applicable)
- -Prepare sales Report ,forecast, and performance analysis.
- Negotiating pricing, contracts, and promotional deals
- Ensure brand visibility and proper product placement in stores/outlet
Requirements
- -Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing ,Business Administration ,or related field.
- -Proven experience in sales or marketing (preferably in food and beverage industry)
- -Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill.
- -Self-motivated with results-driven mindset
- -Ability to work independently and meet sales target.
- -Knowledge of local F&B market and distribution channels
- -Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, online promotions)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
