Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/software engineering/IT
Proven working experience in data collection through research, coordinating data rules, monitoring performance metrics, analytical approaches, and driving actionable insights as well as telling an actionable story
API integration and proficiency in creating and troubleshooting technical workflows (min. 3 years experience)
Implementing and managing XM technologies for customer, users, products, and services experience particularly in Qualtrics XM implementations
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Qualtrics XM, Confluence, Jira
Experienced with software such as Power BI
Custom coding skills like JSON, DAX, Javascript, Python is plus
