Prosecution Administrator

About Your Role:

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Prosecution Administrator (Trademarks) to join our Spruson & Ferguson Singapore office in a stable organisation with both a regional and global presence. As our newest Prosecution Administrator (Trademarks), your duties entail:

Docketing & deadline management

• Experience with docketing systems or databases
• Monitoring office action deadlines
• Maintaining renewal calendars
• Understanding docket reports

General data management & database accuracy

• Maintaining IP portfolio databases
• Updating status changes and prosecution events
• Data audits and reconciliation
• Running reports for teams

General document preparation & documentation

• Preparing forms
• Preparing basic reports based on standard templates

Billing

• Issuing invoice
• Understanding the work involved/service provided

What You Bring:

• Fresh candidates welcome, as training will be provided.
• Experience in the Legal, Intellectual Property industry or patent prosecution would be an added bonus.
• Able to work independently, under pressure and deal tactfully with diverse and regional stakeholders.
• Good time management and good organizational skills, whilst maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, displays adaptability and willingness to learn new technology.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
