Key Responsibilities
. Manage and prepare import/export documentation (Invoices, Letters of Credit, Bills of Lading), Support the founder with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
. Handle Letters of Credit and ensure smooth transaction processing
. Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers
. Oversee customs permits and ensure compliance
. Maintain organised filing systems (both digital and physical)
Ideal Profile
. experience in import/export, shipping, or trading environments
. Familiar with Incoterms, L/C processes, and trade documentation
. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
. Comfortable working in an office handling physical documentation
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
