Key Responsibilities
1) Documentation Support
- Convert meetings and discussions into structured notes and requirements
- Assist in drafting user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria
- Maintain documentation consistency across projects
2) Research & Synthesis
- Support discovery with basic research (users, references, competitors)
- Summarise insights into clear, usable outputs
3) Experience Mapping Support
- Assist in journey mapping, flow diagrams, and interaction breakdowns
- Support workshops (capture outputs, organise materials)
4) Requirement Tracking
- Help track requirements across design, development, and testing
- Ensure updates are reflected and documented

Requirements
- Currently studying or recent graduate (Business, Design, Tech, or related)
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
