Job Description

Kiztopia is a successful start-up and one of Singapore's largest indoor children's playground operators. We are looking for a highly motivated IT Executive to support daily IT operations across HQ and outlets, including onboarding/offboarding, device support, system access administration, and regional IT support.

This role supports day-to-day IT operations across HQ and outlets, while enabling the IT Manager to focus on security, governance, vendor management, and regional initiatives. It also supports operational continuity and business growth as the organization scales.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and POS issues
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access management, and equipment preparation
  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot end-user devices and peripherals
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and support basic system administration tasks
  • Support POS systems, kiosks, events, promotions, and new outlet setups
  • Provide remote IT support to regional users and assist with system rollouts and upgrades
  • Coordinate with vendors on deliveries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
  • Maintain IT documentation, operational logs, and knowledge base records
  • Provide operational and ad hoc support to the IT Manager as required

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT support or IT operations
  • Experience supporting end users in a corporate or multi-site environment
  • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
  • Comfortable providing remote support across users and outlets
  • Adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent relevant hands-on experience.

Technical Competencies:

  1. Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and networking fundamentals
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) preferred
  3. Experience with POS systems or CRM platforms is an advantage
  4. Good troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
