We are looking for an Executive Value Management. Driving commercial effectiveness through sales operations, execution excellence, and pricing initiatives. The role is responsible for sales reporting and analysis, supporting outlet execution audits, monitoring pricing and promotional effectiveness, and identifying opportunities to improve business performance and operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Sales Operations & Processes

  • Prepare and maintain key sales reports and dashboards, including sales volume, outlet distribution, sales call coverage, and sales incentive tracking.
  • Support sales performance review meetings by identifying business challenges, recommending action plans, and tracking follow-through and outcomes.
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and commercial performance.

Sales Execution Excellence

  • Conduct regular on-ground audits across on-trade and off-trade outlets to assess execution standards and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to implement corrective actions and monitor execution effectiveness.
  • Support the annual review and enhancement of sales execution scorecards/frameworks, covering areas such as product availability, pricing and promotions, and marketing campaign execution.

Pack Price Architecture

  • Conduct pricing analysis by monitoring competitor pricing, evaluating promotional effectiveness and ROI, and recommending pricing adjustments where appropriate.
  • Perform white space analysis to identify growth opportunities across brands, formats, and pack sizes.
  • Support SKU rationalization initiatives by identifying underperforming SKUs and recommending optimization opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and with senior leadership.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related.
  • Prior experience in FMCG/CPG industry is preferred.
  • Exposure to revenue growth management, commercial finance, sales analytics, or data analysis is advantageous.
