About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Executive, Treasury Processing Centre to join our team at RHB Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and settling Treasury trades accurately and efficiently, while ensuring adherence to internal procedures and market standards. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day Treasury operations, managing trade lifecycle events, and driving operational excellence through strong controls, risk awareness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will be doing
- Process and settle all Treasury trades in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and market standards
- Manage daily Treasury processing activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong operational controls
- Proactively escalate, follow up, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Participate in bank-wide initiatives including process improvements, change requests, UAT testing, and BCP activities
- Support audit, compliance, and risk assessment reviews by preparing required data and reports
- Perform regular MIS reporting and ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update operational manuals for accuracy and readiness
- Ensure full compliance with the bank's policies, guidelines, and operational standards
- Demonstrate effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Foster teamwork and contribute actively to achieving team objectives
- Uphold high standards of customer service and promote service excellence

Trade Support Function
- Validate source documents against trades booked in Murex
- Manage static data setup and maintenance
- Perform reconciliations between Murex, GL, Nostro, and clearing brokers
- Monitor trade amendments and cancellations
- Handle trade lifecycle events including fixing, early termination, and option exercises
- Monitor trade and payment flows, resolving system interface issues
- Support new product launches and ad hoc regulatory reporting
Confirmation Function
- Manage outgoing and incoming confirmations
- Handle discrepancies and exceptions efficiently
What we're looking for
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Treasury back office processing
- Strong knowledge of domestic payment systems, including SWIFT and MEPS+
- Good proficiency in English, with strong written and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good prioritization skills
- Meticulous, able to multitask, and perform well under pressure
- Independent, reliable, and proactive with a strong willingness to learn
- Pleasant disposition with a positive work attitude
- Ability to manage professional relationships with key stakeholders effectively
