We are looking for a hands-on and responsible finance professional to oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions across multiple entities within the Group. This role combines operational accounting responsibilities with financial management, compliance, and business advisory functions.
Finance & Accounting Operations
Oversee full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and monthly closing.
Review supplier invoices, journal entries (accruals, prepayments, depreciation), and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
Review related party transactions and inter-company balances.
Supervise and guide junior finance staff.
Cash Flow, Treasury & Banking
Prepare weekly cash flow reports and maintain short-term forecasts.
Manage treasury functions, banking matters, and insurance coverage.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor liquidity position.
Compliance, Tax & Audit
Review and submit GST returns to IRAS.
Manage tax-related matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare audit schedules, and liaise with auditors.
Work closely with Company Secretaries on statutory matters.
Business & Risk Advisory
Review business decisions from a finance and risk management perspective.
Support Management with financial analysis and performance monitoring.
Payroll & Incentives
Oversee payroll processing including CPF submission.
Prepare staff sales commission and performance bonus reports.
