About the Role
The key objective is to execute and administer system enhancements based on Regulatory and Business user Feedback. To be the liaising point to the respective stakeholders with regards to these usual business functions.1. Business user/ Subject matter Expert (SME) for Systems
(IPoS+, Leader endorsement, Interactive Competency Management (ICM), CRM etc)
2. System related Operational Support
3. System-related Incident reporting
4. AI and Process improvement
