Job Description

Reporting to the DeputyExecutive Director, NO.17, the Senior Executive, Philanthropy plays a pivotalrole in advancing NO.17 Foundation's philanthropic strategy, capitalarchitecture, and stakeholder engagement across East and West. As NO.17 evolvesfrom a founder-led initiative into a structured global institution, this roleprovides dedicated execution capacity across the foundation's four-spiral strategy:Education, Advisory, Funds, and System Platform.

The Senior Executive Thisrole is focused on driving coordination, managing data and information flows,supporting partner engagement, and ensuring disciplined follow-through acrossworkstreams. It sits at the centre of NO.17's operating model, enabling ideas,partnerships, and programmes to translate into structured and actionableoutcomes.

The position is suited for anindividual who is agile, detail-oriented, and able to operate effectively indynamic, multi-stakeholder environments, with the potential to grow intobroader strategic and partnership responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

Programme& Execution Management

  • Coordinate delivery ofprogrammes and convenings (e.g. Impact Week, Davos-related workstreams)
  • Track timelines,dependencies, and action items across teams
  • Ensure alignment betweenprogramme, communications, and operations
  • Support troubleshooting andexecution continuity

DataManagement & Analysis (Primary Responsibility)

  • Maintain structured trackingsystems for programmes, partners, and pipelines
  • Build dashboards, trackers,and reporting tools
  • Ensure data accuracy,consistency, and accessibility across platforms
  • Provide analysis andinsights to support decision-making

Partner& Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support relationshipmanagement through meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Track partner engagements,commitments, and next steps
  • Maintain continuity acrossmulti-stakeholder interactions

Content,Research & Documentation

  • Prepare briefing notes,research summaries, and presentation materials
  • Support development ofprogramme narratives and concept notes
  • Translate discussions intostructured outputs and action points

Operational Discipline & Knowledge Management

  • Track decisions, actions, anddeliverables across projects
  • Maintain documentation andinstitutional knowledge records
  • Support internalcoordination and information flow

Restore Nature & Blue Economy Structuring

  • Support the Restore Nature Discovery Phase and Blue economy work.
  • Work alongside Project Management Unit and assist in research on TPC's East Kalimantan site and collaborate with project partners for both restore nature and blue economy initiatives.
  • Build a comparative case study library of nature-based finance structures (e.g. debt-for-nature swaps, green bonds, biodiversity credits) to inform vehicle design.
  • Assist in documentation of governance frameworks, advisory structures, and reporting mechanisms for the emerging Restore Nature platform.

Job Experience / Soft Skills

  • 2-5 years of relevantexperience in programme management, operations, data management, or relatedfields
  • Strong project coordinationand execution capability
  • Experience in datamanagement, analysis, or systems tracking tools (e.g. Excel, CRM, projecttools)
  • Exposure to stakeholdercoordination or multi-party environments preferred
  • Proficiency in projectmanagement tools and CRM systems
  • Proficient in English(written and spoken) additional regional languages (e.g. Mandarin, Bahasa,Bahasa - Melayu) a distinct advantage.
  • Strong analytical andcritical thinking skills.
  • Excellent writtencommunication ability to craft compelling narratives, research briefs, andstrategic documents.
  • High emotional intelligenceand interpersonal skills for engaging senior stakeholders with diplomacy.
  • Ability to workindependently, manage competing priorities, and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Proactive, adaptable, andable to operate effectively in a matrixed and evolving organisationalenvironment.
  • High attention to detailand process/structured thinking
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance,Business, International Relations, Sustainability, Public Policy, or a relateddiscipline.
  • Professional certificationsin impact measurement (e.g. GIIN), project management (e.g. PMP), or ESGanalysis are advantageous.
